NEXA Lending & Dual-Licensing Opportunities
NEXA Business Development Marketer (BDM)
NEXA Lending's Business Development Marketer (BDM) program is designed for eligible professionals who are not licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. BDMs perform marketing and business-development activities while licensed mortgage professionals handle the mortgage origination process. Program participants are paid as W-2 employees and are required to certify their monthly marketing activity.
Important: The NEXA BDM program is currently not available in Arizona.
