Madera Highlands Overview
Madera Highlands is a community in Sahuarita, Arizona which features a number of neighborhood amenities. New homes are being built in the community, primarily by Meritage Homes, but new home builder is coming soon!
Additional builders such as Richmond American Homes and Lennar have also built homes in the community.
Madera Highlands HOA Information
The neighborhood Home Owner Association (HOA) is currently controlled by Meritage Homes and will as long as they are activity building in the community. The HOA is managed by Cadden Community Management.
Social Media Presence
Community residents have maintained a private Facebook group for many years. Business postings are limited to Business Mondays and there is no selling done from the community page.
School Information
The community is in the Continental School District and high school students attend Walden Grove High School which is in the Sahuarita Unified School District.
Neighborhood Realtor
There are several Realtors who serve the neighborhood. John Backer is a Realtor who has lived in the community since 2007 and has helped many neighbors with their real estate needs. John is an Air Force veteran and the team leader of The Backer Team.
